Brain Fog & Mental Fatigue in Calgary SW
Brain Fog & Mental Fatigue
Brain fog – difficulty concentrating, memory lapses, mental sluggishness, and the feeling that your mind just won’t cooperate – is increasingly common and often dismissed as simply stress or tiredness. At Westside in West Springs, EXOMIND™ brain stimulation offers a drug-free path to improved mental clarity, focus, and cognitive energy.
How it works: EXOMIND™ targets the prefrontal cortex – the area of the brain responsible for focus, decision-making, and cognitive function – with gentle magnetic stimulation that promotes neuroplasticity and improves neural communication. Sessions are 30 minutes. No medication. No downtime.
This care is provided on the medical side of Westside under Dr. Sabah Jarullah, family physician. Every patient begins with a medical assessment; insured visits are covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. No referral needed.
How Westside helps with brain fog & mental fatigue
At Westside, mind and mood concerns begin with an assessment by Dr. Sabah Jarullah, our on-site family physician. From there you follow one of two EXOMIND™ TMS pathways – clinical treatment for a diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, OCD or binge eating, or the wellness pathway for brain fog, stress and poor sleep – alongside any therapy or medication you already have.
We are in West Springs, Calgary SW – Suite 1120, 930 – 85th Street SW – serving Aspen Woods, Cougar Ridge, Springbank and the surrounding communities.
