With Dr. Zubaida Hussain and our hygiene team. A comprehensive exam of teeth, gums, existing dental work, jaw joints and bite, including an oral cancer screening; low-dose digital X-rays only as clinically needed; a professional cleaning in the same visit; and honest findings with a written plan you can take home. Plan for about two hours. New patients are welcome, no referral needed.
A relaxed meet-and-greet with Dr. Sabah Jarullah to talk about your health, your history and what you are looking for in a family doctor. Bring your Alberta health card. We arrange transfer of your previous records and book any follow-up you need. Insured visits are covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan.
A physician consultation with Dr. Sabah, then two nights at home with a clinical-grade sleep test recorder if it is indicated, and a results visit to go through your options. No referral needed; the consultation is an insured service.
Aura 3D skin imaging, an honest conversation about your goals, and a plan built from that – never from a menu. Medically supervised by Dr. Sabah Jarullah and delivered by Noora, our medical aesthetician. The consultation is free.
Westside follows the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. You can read the 2026 guide yourself – it lists the suggested fees for common dental services across Alberta – and every treatment plan comes with a written estimate before we begin. We bill most dental insurers directly and send a predetermination to your insurer for larger work, so you know your portion in advance. Physician visits are insured; wellness and aesthetic programs are private-pay and always identified clearly before you book, with financing through Beautifi at 0% interest.
