What We Offer – Cosmetic Botox
Cosmetic Botox uses small, precise doses of botulinum toxin to temporarily relax the facial expression muscles responsible for dynamic lines – the wrinkles that form from repeated movement like squinting, frowning, and smiling. The result is a smoother, more rested appearance that looks natural, not frozen.

At Westside, lip flip is performed with the precision that comes from years of working with facial anatomy. Our approach focuses on proportion and natural shape – adding volume where it enhances your natural features, defining the lip border, and improving symmetry, without the overfilled appearance that gives lip injections a poor reputation.

What to expect: Lip flip appointments take approximately 30-45 minutes including consultation and numbing. Lips are numbed topically before treatment. Mild swelling for 24-72 hours is normal – final results are visible within 1-2 weeks.
Masseter Slimming – Jaw Contouring
The masseter is the large muscle on either side of the jaw. In some patients – particularly those who grind or clench – the masseter becomes enlarged through overuse, creating a wide, square lower face that doesn’t reflect their natural bone structure. Botox injected into the masseter gradually reduces its size over 4-8 weeks, creating a slimmer, more refined lower face contour.
Jaw Contouring
This treatment has the added benefit of reducing grinding force and jaw tension – making it one of the few aesthetic treatments that also improves physical health at the same time.

Does it hurt?
Most injectable treatments cause minimal discomfort. Botox involves very small needles and brief pinprick sensations. Lip flip uses topical numbing cream beforehand for added comfort. Most patients find the experience far more comfortable than anticipated.
How natural will I look?
Our approach is always to enhance – not transform. We use conservative techniques designed to look like you, refreshed. If you’re worried about looking “done,” share that concern at your consultation and we’ll design a treatment specifically calibrated to your comfort level.
How long do results last?
Botox: 3-4 months. Lip flip: 6-12 months. Masseter Botox: 4-6 months. Results vary by individual and treatment area.
Can I combine multiple treatments?
Yes. Botox and lip flip can be part of a coordinated plan – Dr. Z will recommend the right approach at your consultation. Injectables also pair beautifully with EMFACE® for non-surgical facial lifting and EXION™ for skin rejuvenation.
Is there downtime?
Botox has no downtime – you can return to your day immediately. Lip flip may involve mild swelling for 24-72 hours. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours after lip treatment.
