This care is provided on the medical side of Westside under Dr. Sabah Jarullah, family physician. Every patient begins with a medical assessment; insured visits are covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. No referral needed.

Meet your physician: Our on-site family physician is a licensed family doctor (MB ChB, CCFP) with a focused interest in sleep-disordered breathing, practising comprehensive family medicine for adults and families in SW Calgary.
Becoming a patient – three easy steps
- Book a meet-and-greet. A relaxed first visit to talk about your health, your history, and what you’re looking for in a family doctor.
- Bring your health card. Insured visits are covered by provincial coverage.
- Settle in. We’ll help arrange transfer of your previous records and book any follow-up care you need.
We’re currently welcoming new patients. As our practice fills, enrollment may pause from time to time so every patient continues to receive unhurried care.

Is there a fee to join or to visit?
No. Insured physician visits are billed directly to provincial coverage.Some wellness programs offered at the clinic are private-pay services; these are always clearly identified before you book.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to become a patient or to book a visit.
Can my whole family join?
Yes – adults, seniors, and families are welcome, subject to available space in the practice.
What if I already have a family doctor?
You’re welcome to book for a specific concern – for example a sleep assessment or a pelvic health assessment – without transferring your care.
How do I transfer my records?
Tell us at your meet-and-greet. We’ll give you a simple records-transfer request and handle the rest with your previous clinic.
Do you take walk-ins?
Visits are by appointment so we can give every patient proper time. Same-week availability is often possible – call us at (587) 288-8190.
