What Is EMFACE®?
EMFACE is a revolutionary non-invasive treatment by BTL that combines two powerful technologies at the same time: Synchronized Radiofrequency (RF) and HIFES® (High Intensity Facial Electrical Stimulation). While the RF gently heats the skin to stimulate new collagen and elastin production, the HIFES simultaneously contracts and strengthens the lifting muscles of your face — the same muscles that hold everything up.

Synchronized Radiofrequency The RF energy heats the deeper layers of your skin, triggering your body to produce new collagen and elastin — the proteins responsible for firm, smooth, youthful-looking skin. Your EMFACE® Treatment Experience
Step 1 — Consultation We assess your facial structure, skin quality, and goals. For TMJ patients, we also evaluate jaw function and pain levels. We’ll create your personalized plan.
Step 2 — Treatment Three self-adhesive applicators are placed on your forehead and cheeks. You’ll feel a gentle warming sensation from the RF and rhythmic muscle contractions from the HIFES. Most patients describe it as feeling like a relaxing facial massage — with a slight tingling or fluttering in the cheek muscles.
Step 3 — Walk Out Each session is 20 minutes. There is no downtime, no redness, and no recovery. Many patients come in on their lunch break and return to work immediately.
Step 4 — Results Four treatments are recommended, spaced 1–2 weeks apart. Subtle improvements may be noticeable after the second session. The most significant results develop 6–12 weeks after your final treatment as collagen continues to rebuild.
Maintenance: A single maintenance session every 3–6 months helps sustain results long-term.
