This care is provided on the medical side of Westside under Dr. Sabah Jarullah, family physician. Every patient begins with a medical assessment; insured visits are covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan. No referral needed.

Records are transferred from your previous physician, and follow-up care is booked before you leave. Insured physician visits are covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan; bring your health card.

Do I need a referral?
No. Book directly online or by phone; no referral is needed to be seen by our family physician.

Do I have to become a family-practice patient?
No. You can be seen for a specific concern. If you would like a family doctor, the practice is welcoming new patients – ask about a meet-and-greet.
