How it is assessed and treated at Westside
The ear is examined, the wax is softened where needed and removed safely, and the ear canal is checked afterwards. If an infection or another cause is found, it is treated or referred appropriately. Ask when booking whether your visit is an insured service under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan; any fee is explained before the appointment.
